The third eye isn't about seeing the future. In Buddhist tradition it's the wisdom eye — the one that sees what's already here, without the veil over it. Clear seeing is the protection.
I placed it across the back, where you don't have eyes of your own.
Drawn by hand in the same fine-line, stippled style I tattoo in.
